HRPM Organizational Report for Dedicated Members

Date of Meeting: 15th August 2025
Venue: HRPM State Admin Office, Thrissur

This report summarizes the decisions taken in the Independence Day meeting of HRPM.

We thank all members who actively participated in the programme and the meeting.

Flag Hoisting & Independence Day Message

At 9:50 AM, the National Flag was hoisted by Sri. Sudhan Karayil, a political and cultural leader, who also addressed the gathering on the value of independence and the responsible use of freedom.

Greetings were conveyed by Sri. Johnson Pulluthi, Sri. Kumaran Pothikkara, and Sri. Baiju Koraychal.

Sri. Muhammed Basheer Saini delivered the welcome address, while Sri. Elias Jacob proposed the vote of thanks.

Sweets were distributed under the leadership of Sri. Gopi Aluvakkaran.

Chairman’s Address – The Chairman explained the policies and principles of the organization.

Celebration – As part of Independence Day, a cake designed in the colors of the National Flag, prepared by Safura Medam and her daughter Sabha Fathima, was cut and shared with members.

Vice President’s Speech – State Vice President Muhammed Basheer Saini addressed the gathering.

Discussions – Kumaran Pothikkara, Elias Jacob, Safura Medam, Anita Santosh, Baiju Koraychal, and others participated.

Chairman’s Clarifications – Chairman provided necessary clarifications to the discussions.

Resolutions & Decisions

General Secretary Position Cancelled:

The post of General Secretary is abolished.

Instead, 14 State Secretaries will be appointed with the same responsibilities, distributed across different districts.

District Committees:

Except for Thrissur, other district committees will be reconstituted only if meetings are convened by responsible district-level leaders.

If not, the State Committee has the authority to directly convene and restructure district committees within the given time frame.

Women’s & Youth Wings:

New committees will be formed only after conducting State-level conventions.

District-level meetings may also be organized as needed.

WhatsApp Groups:

From now onwards, no official WhatsApp groups will be created by HRPM.

Any group formed without State Committee approval will be under the sole responsibility of the group admin.

Misuse or anti-organizational activities in such groups will be the full responsibility of the admin.

However, an official Community WhatsApp Group will be maintained, replacing the existing news channel group, to serve as a common platform for organizational updates. Members are expected to maintain discipline; violators will be removed without prior notice.

Official Communications:

All official circulars and announcements will be available only on the official website (www.hrpm.in) under the Announcement page.

Members must log in with ID HRPM2017 to view them.

Options will be provided to submit feedback, which will form part of official records.

Updates will also be published on blog.hrpm.in and on the News section of www.hrpm.in, where members can contribute their own articles with admin approval.

The website supports multiple languages (accessible through the +EN flag option).

Membership & Subscription:

From today, A-Class members will pay an annual fee of ₹1200 (one-time or in up to 4 installments).

Membership renewal:

Lifetime Membership – Renewal period: 12 months.

A-Class Membership – Renewal period: 11 months.

Those who complete the payment before 11 months will be upgraded to Lifetime Membership.

Membership ID card renewal fee: ₹200 annually.

Membership Fee Sharing:

50% of membership fees will be allocated for district-level campaigns and activities.

Candidate Members:

May apply for A-Class Membership at any time within a year.

Emergency Relief Fund:

In cases of sudden misfortunes (death, accidents, etc.), all A-Class members must contribute ₹500 (in one or more installments).

A condolence fund of ₹5000 will be provided immediately to the bereaved family.

Depending on fund availability, additional support will be extended for accident victims, marriages, and housing needs.

Each time funds are utilized, members must once again contribute ₹500 to maintain the relief fund.

Discipline & Unity:

Brotherhood, mutual respect, and discipline will be strictly enforced within the organization.

Photos and details of all A-Class members will be uploaded on www.hrpm.in and blog.hrpm.in.

Candidate members’ details will also be published on the blog site.

Note:
